Payments:

Payments can be made by:

  • Visa or Mastercard.

Reservations and Deposits:

All reservations require a payment to hold chosen dates.

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date of arrival will be charged for one night including all taxes and fees.

Cancellations via voicemail after office hours will take effect the following morning and be charged all applicable fees.

You may reschedule your trip at any time with no fees or penalties.

Holiday Reservations are non-refundable if less than 30 days’ notice is given. A $25 fee will be charged for cancellations if more than 30 days’ notice is provided. You may reschedule your trip with 7 days' notice with no fees or penalties.

The cost of one night will be charged to the guest for failure to show up for reservations.

Reservation Prices do not Include:

Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.

Responsibility:

  • Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
  • Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

Use:

  • Please read in full. This document answers many common questions guests have throughout their stay.

    A. The property is a privately owned home. Please treat the property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. You and other occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Proposal Rock Inn from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited. Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

    B. Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation. Pets must be declared at the time of booking and must pay the $20.00 per pet non-refundable fee. Pets are allowed in designated units only, and must not be left unattended in the room.

    C. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any residence, near the building, or on any balcony. The only designated smoking area is by the barbeque in the middle of the parking lot. You agree to pay a $250 fee if smoking is detected in the unit, at the discretion of Proposal Rock Inn staff.

    D. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. The individual signing this document agrees to ensure that all guests within their party understand and follow the policies contained herein and accepts responsibility for any rule violations.

    F. Our business hours are 9am-5pm daily. Our Airbnb inbox, office phone, and email are not monitored after 5pm. Currently visiting guests can receive after-hours assistance 24/7 by calling the on-call phone number posted on the office door.

    G. Late Check In: You do not need to make special arrangements to check in late. Please refer to your confirmation email for further details. 

    H. To receive maid service and extra supplies, please call the office during regular business hours 9am-5pm daily. We are not conducting routine daily maid service unless requested due to COVID-19.

    I. The room you have rented is part of a larger condominium building. This means the walls and floors easily transfer noise. We ask that everyone is respectful of their neighbors and mindful of how loud their voices and footsteps are for their neighbors. Some noise transfer is unavoidable. We make this as clear as possible in the listing. Please do not rent if noise is going to be a problem for you.

    J. If you have rented a unit that does not have a “PR” or “F” in the room number (132PR, 136F, etc.), please read and understand the following: The private room you have rented is closely adjoined to a room that may be hosting another guest. The rooms are separated by two doors that lock on both your side and the adjoining room. While you will not share any of your space with this guest, noise, cooking smells, etc., can easily transfer between rooms due to their proximity to one another. Please book a unit with "PR" or “F” in the title if you wish to have maximum privacy and minimum noise levels. If you have any questions about whether this applies to your reservation, please call the office during regular business hours before your arrival.

    K. If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item + $50/hr. labor fees to return room to its original state at Management’s sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to: missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, windows, TVs, window screens, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.

    L. High-speed wireless internet is provided. Speeds are subject to the occupancy level of the hotel at the time of your visit. We cannot guarantee that the provided Wi-Fi is fast enough to conduct work or stream movies. However, we do our best to provide quality high-speed internet as consistently as possible. Please make back-up arrangements to work at a local coffee shop or restaurant if you know you will need to access the internet for business purposes.

    M. Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am.

    N. Check-In Instructions: Please refer to your confirmation email for check in procedures. You must call before 5pm if you have additional check in questions. The office is not staffed after 5pm. 

    O. Check-Out Instructions: Please consolidate your trash into the provided bins, start a load of dishes, and (optionally) strip bedding from your bed and leave in a pile on the floor. You may leave your keys in the room and call the office to notify us of your departure, or you may drop your keys at the office during 9am-11am.
