| Cancellations must be received 48 HOURS PRIOR to the scheduled arrival date. WEEKEND RESERVATIONS during the summer rate period and any holiday cancellation must be received 7 DAYS PRIOR to the scheduled arrival date. Arrival time is 4pm. Cancellations made after office hours by phone will be effective the following morning. One night will be charged for failure to comply with this agreement. Guests with multiple day stays who depart early from a confirmed reservation, without 24 hours notice, will be subject to a $50.00 early departure fee. Rates are subject to change without notice. Pets must be declared at time of arrival and are subject to a fee. Pets are only allowed in designated units and must not be left unattended in condominiums. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid VISA, Master Card or Discover Credit Card at time of booking. Your card account will not be charged until you check in or fail to meet the terms of the cancellation policy. |
